December 6th, 2021 by

The 2023 Chevy Corvette Z06 is the biggest thing to happen to the Corvette since its inception over 50 years ago. With the introduction of an all-new powerplant, impressive handling, and track-focused dynamics, the 2023 Corvette Z06 will be a true performer. While we don’t have all the details on the 2023 Corvette Z06, contact us if you’d like to be on the ordering list at Landers Chevrolet of Norman.

If you can’t wait and want to get behind the wheel of a new Corvette immediately, check out our available C8 inventory.

The engine of the 2023 Corvette Z06 will be a 5.5-liter flat plane crank V8. This rev-happy screamer makes 670 horsepower and 460 lb.-ft. of torque. Chevy claims that the Z06 can rocket from 0-60 mph in a blisteringly quick 2.6 seconds. This engine can rev up to 8,600 RPMs, which is 2,000 more than the standard Stingray. This engine is the most powerful naturally-aspirated V8 in production. While there is no posted top speed, we expect the 2023 Z06 to boast a top speed of over 200 mph.

The all-new Z07 Performance Package will be available on Z06. It provides added aero prowess along with standard carbon ceramic brakes and Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires. Available carbon-fiber wheels provide an unsprung weight savings of 41 pounds, because every gram counts on the path to racing perfection.

The body of the Z06 is wider to fit the larger wheels and tires for optimal grip and control. The exterior also features more optional carbon fiber and aerodynamic bits to keep the Z06 glued to the pavement.

There will be a Z06 coupe and hard top folding convertible option. The coupe and convertible are available in 1LZ, 2LZ, and 3LZ trim levels. The higher the trim, the more creature comforts you’ll see. Performance should be the same across the board.

Keep up to date with us at Landers Chevrolet of Norman, Oklahoma for the latest details of the 2023 Corvette Z06. We expect to see the release of these performance bargains around summer 2022.
