2022 Chevy Traverse Redesign: What’s New

The Chevy Traverse has long been one of the best choices for families who value reliability and ample interior space. For 2022, Chevy has given some updates to the Traverse to make it even better! You’ll see new styling and new features, but have the same great bones that the original Traverse debuted with in 2009.

The 2022 Chevy Traverse comes with a new design and exterior features. You’ll be pleased to find a fresh appearance with a new front fascia and new front grilles. The headlights have a new configuration and now come standard with all LED bulbs with a new daytime running lamp design. The taillights also have a new LED design. On the side profile, you’ll see a new roof rail design and four new wheel style choices. Power-folding and heated side mirrors are now standard on the RS, Premier, and High Country while being optional on the 3LT. The Redline Edition will still be available and that package will also have a revised design. The Midnight and Sport Editions will be available on the LS and LT trims for a custom look straight from the factory. The L trim level has been discontinued and the LS now is the entry-level model. There are three new colors including Northsky Blue, Silver Sage, and Cherry Red.
Chevy Safety Assist is now standard on all trims. This includes automatic emergency braking, front pedestrian braking, lane keep assist, lane departure warning, following distance indicator, forward collision alert, and automatic high beams. Advanced safety technology like rear pedestrian alert, safety seat alert, and adaptive cruise control come equipped on the upper trims.
Inside, you’ll now see wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, an eight-inch driver digital display, and a rear power sunshade when equipped with the Dual SkyScape sunroof.
