The most apparent new aspect of the 2022 Silverado 1500 is the addition of the all-new ZR2 trim level. Get more information about the 2022 Silverado 1500 by clicking here. The first-ever Silverado ZR2 features off-road options straight from the factory including an increased ride height, front and rear electronic differential lockers, Multimatic DSSV Dampers, and a unique look with a high-clearance front bumper, black accents, and red tow hooks. The ZR2 also features a 6.2-liter V8 as standard equipment with a 10-speed automatic transmission and specific 33-inch off-road mud-terrain tires.

The interior technology is updated on the 2022 Silverado 1500. On trim levels LT and above, you’ll find an all-new massive 13.4-inch center touchscreen display. This screen has Google Apps built right in so you can use the voice assistant, Google Maps, and Google Play right from the home screen. These apps also work alongside Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Two other notable interior improvements are the 12.3-inch all-digital gauge cluster which is configurable for different drivers. Super Cruise is also offered on the 2022 Silverado High Country which makes this the first Chevy truck to offer this innovative hands-free driver assistance system.
