There are several special-edition Colorado models available if one of the five trim levels doesn't offer exactly what you're looking for. The Colorado RST offers 20-inch gloss black wheels, RST badging, Colorado badge on the tailgate, black bodyside moldings, and a black rear emblem. The Trail Runner offers ZR2 skid plates, ZR2 rock protection, black rear emblem, the new face grille featuring the Chevrolet nameplate displayed in all capital letters, and the same Goodyear Wrangler DuraTrac tires found on the ZR2 model.

The Redline edition stands out from the crowd and elevates the standard Colorado to the next level. The Redline is available on the LT crew and extended cab models and features black window trim, mirror caps, door handles, tailgate release, bowtie emblems, grille, grille surround, and off-road assist steps. You'll also find 18-inch wheels with red accents, red recovery hooks, and a spray-in bed liner.

The Colorado Custom is built off the work truck model and adds a body-color grille, door handles, mirrors caps, and rear bumper. You'll also find 18-inch dark Argent metallic painted aluminum wheels and your choice of four or six-cylinder power.

The Z71 midnight edition gives the Colorado a blacked-out and mysterious look while keeping its rugged off-road capability. The Z71 midnight edition includes a black exterior, bowtie emblems, grille, spray-on bed liner, premium all-weather floor liners, unique Z71 hard badge, black 17-inch wheels, and Goodyear Wrangler DuraTrac tires.

The ZR2 Bison edition is the ultimate overlanding vehicle. This is the first-ever off-roader from American Expedition Vehicles (AEV) and Chevrolet. The ZR2 Bison features a Chevrolet lettered grille, AEV designed wheel flares, 17-inch wheels, AEV stamped steel front and rear bumpers, front winch provisions and rear recovery points, five hot-stamped, Boron steel skid plates, AEV logos on the head restraints and floor liners, and foglights.

The ZR2 Midnight and Dusk editions offer a blacked-out look to the off-road-ready ZR2. They offer black 17-inch five-spoke accessory wheels, black Chevy bowtie emblems, and a sport bar with off-road LED lighting. If you choose the black exterior color, you'll get a Midnight edition. If you prefer an alternative body color, you'll be getting the Dusk model.

Safety is front and center with the standard rear vision camera and available forward collision alert, available lane departure warning, and available rear park assist.
